Swimrun. I am going to do it in 2017

Looking for a partner to take part in SwimRun competition in August, 2017, in Russia.
My goal is to finish the race.

What is this?

Swimrun (wikipwdia)
What defines a swimrun is that its always carried out outdoors and in open water where your goal is to go from a starting point to a finish point through a course with several checkpoints. It has several stages, which means you have to change discipline between running and swimming multiple times. All the equipment that a participant starts with, the participant has to carry to the finish line. Even though swimrun allows and urges participants to use flotation equipment, equipment larger than 100×60 cm is not allowed. Because of safety measures a swimrun competition is usually carried out by teams but there are several races where you can reace individually.
SwimRun is a race without comfortable transit zones. SwimRun means a lot of kilometers trail-running in wet shoes and wetsuits. SwimRun is open-water swimming in shoes. SwimRun isn't just a physical challenge. SwimRun is an emotional challenge. You absolutely have to be ready to finish this one.
There are three classes to compete in; either a men`s class, women`s class or a mixed gender class.

There are a lot of videos that shows what this sport is. If you can swim it is a great possibility to test yourself.

About the Russian race:

SwimRun came to Russia, and Russia became a part of SwimRun!

In August 2015 the first SwimRun Lake-to-Lake competition in Russia has taken place in the Leningrad region and has proven to be a great success.

In September of the same year, for the first time in history of the SwimRun World Championship, teams from Russia and Belarus have finished ÖtillÖ in Sweden.

The race place:

Rasstannoe Lake, v. Michurinskoe, Leningradskaia region

The race format:

Distance ~ 11 км: running ~ 10,5 km, swimming ~ 500m, 4-5 sections.

Terrain, weather conditions:

Terrain is hilly, forest roads, trails and swamps.  Water temperature from 16 to 24 °C

Feeding stations:

every 10 km. Hot tea and food will be available at the finish.

Participants

Age of participants – at least 18 years old
Participants have to be able to swim well.
The two members of each team have to stay together at all time and can not be more than 10 meters apart.
Participants are allowed to use wetsuits, pull buoys, paddles, life jackets, mattresses, flippers, germ to transport items, etc. Everything you take with you at the start you will have to bring to the finish line by yourself, as a team.

My conditions

As for now I have completed three marathons. Last finish time was 3:45. I run about 40-50 km a week.

My swimming skills rather ordinary. I swim 1800-2000 m in 45 minutes in the swimming pool. I very rare swim in open water. But I am trying to change this situation this summer.

I am going to train to keep my running pace at 5:10-5:20 min/km and my open-water-swimming one at 2:20 -2:30 min/100m by the race.

If there is a person who has similar features and wish to challenge this long distance I invite to be my teammate.
